DONATING IS EASY!

1. Just fill out our online donation form at www.carsforustroops.org or call one of our friendly Operation Gratitude Operators toll-free at 1-800-333-0606seven days a week.

2.One of our representatives will contact you to arrange to have your vehicle towed away by a professionally licensed, bonded, and insured towing company.

3.When your donation is picked up, you will be given a receipt which is a release of liability and shows the IRS that you are authorized for a charitable deduction.

Some Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only accept donations of cars? 
No!  We gladly accept your donations of any Car, Truck, Van, SUV, Boat, Jet Ski, Snowmobile, Trailer, Motorcycle, Motorhome, RV, Forklift, Tractor, or Heavy Equipment. 

Will there be any cost to me? 
 There are absolutely no costs for you.  Just fill out our online car donation form or call one of our friendly Operation Gratitude Operators toll-free at 1-800-333-0606 seven days a week and they will help with your concerns. 

What condition does my car have to be in to donate it?  
We accept most vehicles, running or not unless it has been fire damaged or stripped.  What if I don’t have my title/pink slip?  It is possible to donate without the title/pink slip.  When you call, our operators will be able to help you through the process. 

Is my donation tax-deductible? 
 Yes!  OperationGratitude is classified by the IRS as a non-profit charitable organization.  However, individual tax situations vary, so please check with a tax professional to determine what, if any, tax benefit you may receive from a tax-deductible donation.
